What to Expect from a Breathwork Session

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, paths, and beliefs to our breathwork sessions. This is a space of openness, respect, and healing.

A place where you are invited to show up just as you are.

What to Expect from your Session

A private session offers a deeply personal journey — tailored to your unique emotional landscape, nervous system, and spiritual path. This is where your Breathwork meets intuitive healing and holistic care.

What to Expect:
Arrival & Heart-Centered Conversation/Intention Setting
You’e invited to pull an oracle card and we begin with an open-hearted check-in. Together, we explore what’s alive in you — physically, emotionally, or spiritually — and set a clear, personalized intention for the session.
Framing
I’ll guide you through the Breathing Technique, what you may experience (physically, emotionally, mentally), and share important safety information and contraindications.
Tailored Breathwork Journey (approx. 60 minutes)
Lying comfortably, you’ll be supported by a personalized playlist based on your intention. Throughout the session, I offer intuitive guidance, gentle touch, and Reiki energy healing to help regulate, release, and expand your process.
Deep Integration & Personalized Support
After the Breathwork, we take time for grounding, journaling, and reflection. You’re invited to share your experience, and there is the option to receive personalized integration tips or tools (like breath techniques, embodiment practices, or rituals) based on what emerged.
Closing
We close the session in peace — with a revitalizing drink, presence, and gentle grounding.

There’s something powerful about breathing in community — being witnessed and held in a safe container where individual journeys become part of a shared field of transformation.

What to Expect:
Arrival & Tea Ritual
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a grounded space invited to pull an oracle card for insight or guidance. We begin with a gentle exercise to arrive in presence and connect with the group energy.
Intention Setting
From here, we’ll set a personal intention to anchor your journey.
Introduction Circle
We share names and, if you feel called, your intention. This circle builds trust and prepares the space for a deeper experience.
Framing the Journey
Before we begin, I’ll guide you through the Breathing Technique, what you may experience (physically, emotionally, mentally), and share important safety information and contraindications.
Breathwork Journey (approx. 60 minutes)
You’ll lie down, eyes closed, and be guided through a powerful Breathwork journey supported by curated music, gentle facilitation, and group energy. I may incorporate light Reiki touch to support your process and energy flow.
Integration – Journaling & Sharing Circle
After the breathing, we take quiet time to journal and reflect. We then gather for a voluntary sharing circle — a powerful & magical moment to express and be witnessed. Sharing is encouraged but always optional. 💗
Closing with Tea & Grounding
We close with a second cup of tea, grounding practices, and soft music to support your return.

Whether you join in person or online, the essence of the work remains the same — a sacred space for you to breathe, release, and return home to yourself. That said, the experience naturally differs in a few ways:
In-Person Sessions are held in a lovingly prepared space where everything is taken care of for you — from the music and mats to the tea, incense, and energetic field. You’ll be supported physically and energetically throughout the session, and may receive hands-on Reiki and intuitive touch (especially in 1:1 sessions) to deepen your process.
Online Sessions offer you the chance to journey from the comfort of your own home. You’ll be invited to create your own sacred space — with a yoga mat or soft surface to lie on, a blanket, a candle, perhaps some incense, a crystal, or anything else that brings you peace. You may also want to prepare a glass of water, a piece of chocolate, or a small juice to support post-session grounding.
Simply sign in 5–10 minutes before the session begins to ensure your tech is working and to settle in. From there, you’ll be guided just as you would in person — through the breath, through your body, and into your inner landscape.
✨ Online sessions can be surprisingly powerful — giving you space to fully surrender in your own environment, and offering integration that extends naturally into your day-to-day life.

Reiki is an integral part of all Rising Soul Alchemist breathwork sessions. In group settings, it’s offered subtly to support the energetic field. In 1:1 sessions, you receive much more hands-on Reiki healing, which helps clear energetic blockages, soothe the nervous system, and support emotional release.

Breathwork can open the door to profound insights, deep emotional release, and states of expanded awareness. By arriving prepared and informed, you help create a safe and sacred space—not just for yourself, but for everyone present.

To ensure a safe and supportive experience for everyone, please carefully read the information in the relevant drop-down menu below before purchasing a ticket or booking a session.
