Absolutely. Breathwork is for anyone willing to explore their inner world and reconnect with their body, emotions, and intuition. Whether you’re new to this path or already deep in your journey, the breath meets you exactly where you are. No prior experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to breathe.

Sessions are currently offered in EnglishGerman, and Spanish. You’re welcome to choose the language that feels most comfortable and natural for you. This work is about deep connection — and that begins with speaking the language of your heart.

This depends on your intention and where you are in your journey. In general weekly or biweekly sessions are recommended until you feel a sense of well-being and vibrancy. Typically, aiming for about 8 sessions over 2-4 months helps establish a baseline of resilience. After that, you can schedule ‘top-up’ sessions as needed, depending on your emotional and mental state, as well as any trauma or subconscious patterns you may be working through.
